Saturday 20th September 2025

Wonderful as Caer Bryn is in any weather, the rain this week with the drop in tempreture put some people off coming. However those that did come still had a fulfilling weekend.

We had reduced the retreat to just Saturday but Sunday morning was beautiful and as everyone had stayed overnight we decided to complete the weekend with some woodland meditation.

As we now head towards winter and the beautiful summer is left behind, we are in a position to review this year’s achievements and trials with some detachment. To stand back and see where people and things have touched our life’s and how we can utilise the outcomes that these bring.

For the Caer Bryn team, we see the time spent developing the retreats with those that have made the journey here a joyous and fulfilling turn in our life’s. For which we are all very grateful. Giving us renewed energy to organise more day events over the winter and thoughts on how to adapted what we have learned this summer to be more accommodating for you next year.

So see the coming months not as a dark time to get through as quickly as possible but a period in which we can rest and recharge before racing ahead in the spring of 2026.

Give yourself some space, gently enter winter with the knowledge that spring will come with great joy and newness to uplift us again to move on always with Love and Peace.
